Along with being the owner/operator of Evolution MMA, Keith has been training Muay Thai and Kickboxing for 10 years. A former amateur fighter turned coach he has travelled all over the world helping fighters prepare for upcoming bouts. Helping to produce champions on both the amateur and professional level. He currently is Cosmo's head trainer and helps prep him for all upcoming bouts.
Larissa Freitas is 29 years old and is from Florianopolis, Brazil. She started training Muay Thai at the age of 16, with the intentions to help lose weight. Over time she started to enjoy the sport and dedicate herself more and more. Soon beginning to compete as an amateur fighter and after 1 year started to fight professionaly. Where she has a record of 12-5. Because of some injuries she has stepped back from competition and began focusing on coaching. Out of her 13 years of training she has been with Cosmo Alexandre and learning his system for 8.
