Here at Evolution MMA we are very lucky to have 9x World Champion Cosmo Alexandre teaching DAILY! Cosmo has a wealth of knowledge and experience to share with the SWFL community. With over 100 professional fights in over 40 countries. Cosmo is still an active fighter and currently signed with the largest organization in the world ONE Championship. He is also one of the few athletes who fights professional Muay Thai, Kickboxing and MMA at the highest level.
While Cosmo is a very accomplished competitor we know most people don’t plan on stepping into the ring. We make sure the classes are geared toward fitness BUT still learning real Muay Thai and Kickboxing in the process. Beginner or professional fighter you can learn from Cosmo and the other instructors here at Evolution MMA.
